Spanking Good Television
Bethie and I watched a couple of TV shows last night while lounging on the bed. Now, I never watched a lot of television before she came along, because the internet has destroyed my willingness to sit quietly for three minutes waiting for my show to come back from commercial break. When alone, I will typically be at my computer and engrossed in email or blogging after the first commercial break, and I never seem to get back to it.
But now, there’s her to play with.
Last night I started spanking her during the commercial breaks, just for fun. A different implement every time; I used my hand, a big wooden spoon, my mini-cane, a little leather slapper we have, the leather lace loop that’s for hanging the slapper (for some reason she absolutely hates that, even though it’s just a dumb little 4″ loop of knotted boot lace that looks completely harmless) and my new favorite, a long wooden rod about the size of my little finger that had her squealing and clutching her bottom. She swears she doesn’t like the rod, but she brought it a considerable distance in her luggage when she arrived, so I have my doubts.
Definitely a fun way to watch television. Especially because, as her bottom became sorer, she began to pounce on me and smother me with kisses every time a commercial would start. A cynic would say she was trying to make me forget to spank her. Me, I just like to tease her about how friendly she gets when she’s spanked.
Funny thing, though: I don’t remember exactly how Law and Order ended.
What a fun way to watch television! I mean, fun for you and presumably Bethie. I don’t think I would be much into that unless I were a spectator instead of a participant. By the way, Law and Order always ends the same way so don’t sweat it.

As for that dumb string on the slapper, it STINGS!! That’s why I hate it. It stings BAD and makes me go wild – which is why Spankboss likes it so much. For some reason he enjoys it when I whimper, wiggle, and bounce up against him…hmmm no wonder we missed the end of that show! :lol:
Spankboss and Bethie: Have you thought about getting a TIVO? They are *wonderful*! They have come down in price and will change your way of watching TV forever. Instead of the TV dictating when you watch it and being forced to watch commercials, etc., YOU will be the ones in charge of all that. No more commericals. You can pause Law & Order while spanking next time. ;-)
We have one for each TV and would have it no other way. Well worth the $100-$200 they cost. (Gee, maybe I should be a salesperson for them, eh?) :-)

Amber, I’d love to have TIVO because then I’d know how some of these shows ended. But then again, it’s kind of a good thing that my spankings get interrupted by the show – it gives my bottom a chance to cool down a bit! ;)
Amber, I’ve been drooling over the TIVO and similar devices ever since they came out. Unfortunately I’m a curmudgeon about the monthly fee and the so-called “services” that come with it. I want a plain digital video recorder, not a box that records my viewing habits and reports home to the mothership every night via my phone line. So far nobody’s selling one, but I figure it can’t be far away.
In the meantime, I guess I’ll just have to keep spanking Bethie during commercials. :lol:
Spankboss, okay, okay, I hear you…but, let me whet your appetite just a little more.
You can put the word “spank” in a search (think of TIVO as a TV computer)and up will come any movie or TV show that airs with that word. Plus, it will not only find and grab anything with “spank” for that day, but at any time in the future. On any channel. Forever, or until you tell it to stop.
At least, with our Direct TV TIVO, that’s how it works. I’m not sure how Cable TIVOs works.
As far as the Big Brother aspect, again, I hear you, but…look at it this way. It knows our tastes now, and records things it thinks we might like. Mysteriously enough “Secretary” showed up in the TIVO queue again without us asking for it. So we may as well watch it once again. *sighs*
