The um, “beady-eyed enthusiasm” (and everything else about this character!) is probably mostly about humiliation for the spankee. There is something erotic (well, for some of us perverts) about a guy whom is not … shall we say normal fantasy material … getting to have his way with some gal who would normally consider herself “out of his league.” That he can hold her down and spank her is not just the usual power trip, but her humiliation at being held down and spanked — not just at all, but especially by *him* — adds a certain piquancy to the whole! :)
That sounds right, Zille. Making things worse, I believe in the broader context of the comic, he’s the mentally-challenged spawn of radioactive mutants, and he has at least one two-headed brother. So this is among the more minor of the indignities she’s suffering on what is turning out to be a pretty bad day.
Interesting dynamic–I agree–but the physical restraint! I can’t say I’ve ever seen a HEADlock used this way, with arms impossibly immobilized, and her defenseless rump elevated to an amplitude where it is guaranteed to remain stationary, as a cretin who would doubtless be limited to the cargo hold of any aircraft, forces indignities on her with a fucking perforated Olde Yankee Workshop breadboard!
