To be fair, guys, it’s not a noose. A noose is a very specific knot traditionally designed for hanging people by the neck until dead, with a distinctive look because it has many turns of rope through which the strands slide (traditionally, 13 turns).
He’s got some sort of rope leash he’s leading her around by, and he is pulling it in a way that puts most of the pressure on the back of the neck. I’ll admit that what interest in bondage I have doesn’t extend to anything (except a properly designed collar) around the neck, so his rope leash is a bit off-putting to me as well. But it’s not a noose.
