My instant thought when I saw this photo was “This can only end with a caning.”
However, my Tumblr source took it a (very slightly) different direction:
Okay, so I’d been warned about doing this before – and I accept it’s not the most ladylike way of coming downstairs. But hey, it was fun! At least it was until he started waiting for me at the bottom of the stairs, slipper in hand, to give me an almighty whack as I reached the bottom – and send me off to school rubbing my bottom through my skirt.
