Spanking An Invisible Girl
I saw this pulp art on Dave Wolfe’s blog and put a lot of effort into trying to track down its source. I failed. But the signature looks somewhat like that of Paul Wenzel, a pulp artist who among other things did a lot of work for Disney. This looks like the illustration at the start of an interior story in one of the pulpy adventure or science fiction magazines:
