Hairbrush-Spanking Husband

This little bit of domestic discipline hairbrush-spanking artwork has been floating around in digital form since the pre-internet age; I think it was most-commonly seen with a BBS system’s name and telephone number on it, and then subsequently was often to be found on UseNet. I assume it has its origins in a magazine:

It’s interesting that hairbrush-spankings nearly always involve the back of the brush, both in pictures and descriptions, whereas the bristles would surely be more painful.

    Have you tried the experiment?

As to Jamie’s comment, I think the idea of using the bristles is kind of weird. Besides, she should try the experiment as you suggest. Anyone who has had a hairbrush spanking will attest that they are quite painful enough! Indeed, the spanker must be careful as the force is concentrated more than with a thin wooden paddle. The wooden spoon, strange as it sounds, can also be quite intense for this reason and one must be careful not to bruise with it.

As to the drawing, it is exactly as you say: most familiar with the old BBS name on it. I believe I recognize the artist, and have been meaning to reveal his identity for years (he was well-known enough to want his spanking work kept secret) but have never gotten around to it! One of these days I’ll write that article…

I’m not sure, but I think this and several other spanking drawings by the same artist first appeared in some 1980’s Nu-West publication.
