Tawse It Like You Mean It
This grainy old scan is — or so my aging memory tells me — from one of the House of Milan (HOM) or California Star magazines back in the 1980s. But I could so easily be wrong:
Update: And I was wrong! Nu-West, again, per the commenters. Thanks!

Actually I believe it’s a Nu-west video, can’t remember the name
I had to go look around, since it’s not among his usual sets, but my memory kept insisting this was also Nu-West.
It is: Darwin Reformatory, NWV-072.
Damn you guys are good!
Yeah, well done! What year? A Google search has led me to sites that may not be completely credible.
I believe it was made in 1982-84 time frame based on the number and my recollection. Certainly before ’86.
Thank you, Zaphod!
The description of this film claims it is a re-enactment based on the diary of an Englishwoman who described being strapped in this manner, and also two other girls being strapped. It says it was published in a 1949 Sydney newspaper, although later descriptions just say it was an Australian newspaper. It’s not clear when the diary was from, although the description references corporal punishment being common in eighteenth-century Australia. I’m curious, with the number of newspapers now digitized and online, if anyone has actually seen this article and if it’s true?
This is the later film description from Nu-West: First reported in a 1949 Australian newspaper, this is the story of a humiliating punishment given to an Englishwoman and two other ladies. Bent over a block, they had their bare buttocks and thighs thrashed with a strap similar to a Scottish Tawse.
