    Sadly, I do not! In general it’s safe to assume that when I don’t offer some sort of sourcing link that I don’t have a good one to offer, although exceptions do happen for various complex reasons. In this case, the video snippet was cropped and cut from a complex video meme object on Tiktok, one of those viral things where people were layering commentary in different corners in a very confusing GenZ kind of way. It wasn’t clear who to credit for this corner of the video and anyway I was posting just a couple of weeks before what was promised to be the final US banning and death of TikTok (although some sort of reprieve is currently underway, of uncertain duration). So, in that moment, I just said “fuggit” rather than putting a bunch of work into figuring out a video credit link that was just going to be break forever soon after I posted it. In hindsight, poor judgment, but I don’t have any kind of link for you now.
