Those lapels indicate late-70’s revival neo-Scottish faux-Bauhaus linoleum pring.
Note the plaid door behind the spanker, and the typical Edinburgh-style round sawhorse. Useless for anything but buttsmacking.
Dead giveaway, really.
If it was japanese, they’d be wearing pearls. It’s before 5 o’clock. You can tell by the shadows.
