Sorry this Eneg artwork is a little blurry — these panels were postage stamp sized where I found them in an ancient Usenet download directory, and they lost a bit of clarity bringing them up to a blog-visible size:

Hadn’t seen this one before. There’s a discontinuity between the two panels: The seated position is very poor for spanking (lack of access to the bottom), so her seat was raised up for the second panel. “Eneg” (Gene Bilbrew) was an odd guy who like weird mechanical bondage set-ups, but he understood how to position a bottom for spanking even though the execution was often strange.
