The dastardly villain who literally whips the clothing off of his helpless dungeon captives is a trope of cheesy BDSM and pulp horror fiction, but I suspect that in practice it doesn’t work very well. I suppose trying it out on party girls in tiny party dresses offers the most hope of success? No matter, this is one of those experiments that’s probably even more fun if it fails:
I don’t think it’s a secret to anyone that the same kinky play often becomes twice as hot when somebody pulls out a camera. Sure, it has to be safe in context; nobody gets off on non-consensual recording or outright breaches of privacy and trust. But with that warning, a camera in the scene can facilitate an exhibitionist’s pleasure, reinforce the shame or humilation of a punishment scene, or encourage a service submissive to work twice as hard to please not only her top who is there in the moment, but the whole audience (real or imagined) behind the lens and down the wires. Even something as simple as a few moments of masturbation becomes charged with additional erotic freight if a camera is there to transform it from private pleasure into lewd display and public performance for an audience.
I don’t know how far the effect holds true on a professional soundstage when serious pornographers are shooting proper porn movies to whatever cinematic standards the production budget will allow. When everything is structured around the cameras and the lights and the microphones and there’s people standing around wearing shirts that say “CREW” across the chest, I’m guessing the kinky fun is only as hot as the performers make it. But in the gap between bedroom and porn set, there’s a whole world these days of camming and intimate performance. Indeed, there’s a good argument that cams and camgirls are where you’ll find most of the vitality in the modern production of pornographic entertainment.
A live sex cam show such as the ones you’ll find at a site like Rabbitscams.sex might have an audience of just one, or a whole chatroom full of generous and encouraging onlookers. It’s less private than two people in a bedroom, but a whole lot more intimate than a porn shoot. Since I’m neither a cams performer nor one of their regular patrons and customers, I can’t say for sure, but I do think the camera enhancement effect, when leveraged at the scale of a single performer using their own bedroom as porn production studio, is one of the reasons why so many people have become sex cam enthusiasts.

She’s known since she got sloppy drunk at lunch and tried to slap him that she was going to get a spanking at bedtime. But she just now found out that he was going to use the leather paddle she hates so much:
It used to be that unless you were an extra-pious Christian struggling with an enormous burden of sin, self-spanking and self-whipping was pretty rare. But then we invented webcams, and with the commercial incentive to entertain kinky gentlemen, the practice seems to have become rather more common:
Sadly I don’t know who the platinum-haired lady in this .gif is. But you have to hand it to her, she’s beating it like a stolen mule!
One presumes that a breast whipping with hands tied high is a difficult experience, even for someone who loves that sort of attention. Add a blindfold so each lash comes as a surprise? That’s gonna be super-intense:
