This photo of Henry Fonda winding up to swat Maureen O’Hara is not as well known as the famous scenes where she ended up over John Wayne’s knee, but perhaps it ought to be? Obviously a publicity photo, it’s from the production of the 1963 movie Spencer’s Mountain. Apparently the scene actually is in the movie, but she plays his sister, so don’t get your hopes up too high:
